Pan-European integrator SCC has bolstered its presence in France with the acquisition of a division of system integrator Arés.
The acquisition of the Ile de France-based division of Arés, for an undisclosed sum, will see around 130 key personnel with networking and high-end enterprise product, service and solution skills integrated into SCC’s existing French operation with immediate effect.
SCC in France turns over €1.1bn and employs 2,000 people with offices in 24 key French cities.
