Ian Kilpatrick: Check Point accreditation will boost expansion of our training activities

Value-added distributor Wick Hill has become a certified training provider for vendor partner Check Point.

The accreditation means Wick Hill can now offer its channel partners access to Check Point certifications and courses covering the products in the security vendor's portfolio.

Ian Kilpatrick, chairman of Wick Hill, said: “Our continued growth in Check Point business means it is important for us to provide a range of Check Point courses.

“This accreditation also fits alongside the continuing expansion of our overall training activities.”

Nick Lowe, head of western European sales at Check Point, said the decision to make Wick Hill an authorised Check Point training provider was based on the distributor’s commitment to its channel partners.

He added: “This accreditation recognises the company’s expertise with Check Point’s technologies and will help to further strengthen its support, both for the channel and for end users.”
