Computacenter claims top-notch pre- and post-sales support held the key to gaining the Cisco award for Customer Satisfaction Excellence.
During a six-month process, partners going for the badge are judged by Cisco on customer satisfaction and price competitiveness. The Hatfield-based corporate reseller gained a mark of 4.65 out of five, comfortably above the 4.55 required. It has now become the 31st Cisco partner in the UK to gain the accreditation.
