High score: Computacenter's pre- and post-sales support gained a mark of 4.65 out of five

Computacenter claims top-notch pre- and post-sales support held the key to gaining the Cisco award for Customer Satisfaction Excellence.

During a six-month process, partners going for the badge are judged by Cisco on customer satisfaction and price competitiveness. The Hatfield-based corporate reseller gained a mark of 4.65 out of five, comfortably above the 4.55 required. It has now become the 31st Cisco partner in the UK to gain the accreditation.

The networking giant's online partner locator denotes those holding the certification with a gold star. Computacenter claimed this would catch the eye of potential customers.

Cisco's UK and Ireland managing director Bernadette Wightman hailed Computacenter's achievement, describing customer satisfaction as a "cornerstone " of the vendor's channel philosophy.

"Computacenter’s achievement demonstrates its ongoing commitment to not only meet but exceed customer expectations for cost-effective and efficient networking services," she said.
