Security vendor Webroot has partnered with reseller buying group Brigantia to spread its software as a service message (Saas) across its 1,000 members.
Under the deal, Brigantia resellers will become associate-level members of Webroot’s Channel Edge partner programme, which will enable them to offer Webroot’s email security SaaS and web security Saas to their end user customers.
Chris Speight, Brigantia Group representative said: “Our members depend on us to deliver solutions that are at the forefront, particularly with security. With the exponential growth expected in the SaaS market and the advanced nature of Webroot’s product – it was a logical step for us to bring the solution into our network.”
Ian Moyse, channel director at Webroot, said: “While channel commitment continues to be a key focus of our business, the first and core commitment will always be to security innovation. This agreement is spearheaded on channel commitment, yet rooted on our mission to provide advanced security platforms that business and organizations of all size and scope can depend on. I am extremely proud of this partnership and of the many businesses that will now stand protected from the complex threat landscape.”
