System builder Stone Group aims to become the public sector's system builder of choice, and is consolidating its two office locations into one set of swanky new digs.
The new location, christened Stafford 88 by Stone, is situated at junction 13 of the M6 Stafford south. The firm expects to begin the move in April and finish the following month. Stone claimed moving to one office would improve internal systems and increase efficiency.
The company claims it is the UK's biggest privately held PC manufacturer. Chief executive James Bird declared his intent to become the market leader.

"With more modern and efficient facilities, this will position Stone as the number-one choice system builder to the UK's public sector. Stone is moving forwards with its strategic goals and we all agree we have very exciting times ahead.”
Stone indicated that its pool of 50 engineers represents the market's largest independently owned service team. The company also claims to be the sole UK manufacturer with its own on-site recycling facility.
