Videoconferencing reseller mvision has become certified as a managed service provider of offerings based on Tandberg’s videoconferencing and mobile video products and services.
The accreditation covers Tandberg’s Total Service portfolio, a video package incorporating telepresence systems, a dedicated telepresence network and various hosted global services from its video network operation centres.
Terry Dwyer, managing director at mvision, said the requirements were rigorous.

Tandberg said its managed service provider certification guarantees customers IP and ISDN gateway services, universal bridging, event recording and streaming, and ad hoc centre-based services.
