ISV CTI Labs is aiming to drum up channel interest in its automation software and is hunting for telephony, networking and storage VARs.
The firm has developed a range of offerings based on interactive voice response and speech recognition. The portfolio includes 12 telephony software applications, including one that supports conference bridging.
All products integrate with each other and are sold through the channel as a white-label product. Resellers already signed up include Alternative Networks.

CTI Labs director Louie Malatesta claimed the products would be a good fit for call centres, but added: “These products could go into any type of business; it is about the automation of business processes.”
