Ambitious distributor VADition has become the first in Europe to be-come a Fortinet certified support centre (CSC).
The distributor, which was launched in 2007, is also the only Advanced Training Centre for the security vendor in the UK, and plans to invest further in the brand as the security market continues to consolidate.
It was also named as one of the vendor’s top three distribution partners in Europe this year.
VADition’s status as a Fortinet CSC in Europe means it can provide levels 1-3 support for VARs, including remote diagnostics, software and firmware, and it also stocks spares and replacement appliances and logistics for a four-hour response.
Neil Ledger, founder of VADition, said: “Having a Fortinet expert on hand around the clock in this country is both symbolically significant and practical.
“Our continued investment in helping new and existing partners create demand with tactical marketing campaigns has further helped us grow the [Fortinet] business by almost 50 per cent year on year.”
