Manchester-based JMC IT has become the latest reseller to net Dell’s new top-level Certified badge.
In June Dell revealed that 10,000 EMEA resellers had registered to its PartnerDirect programme and that several hundred would be elevated to the new Certified tier (Channelweb, 23 June).
Certified partners enjoy benefits in areas such as field-based account management, financing, deal registration and support, in return for committing to four quarters of enterprise business and demonstrating a strong services bent.

Formed in 1981, the VAR operates in the north-west, employs 100 staff and boasts a turnover of £10m.
