Disaster recovery vendor Neverfail is on a UK-wide hunt for resellers, following an overhaul of its partner programme.
Doug Rich, vice president of sales at Neverfail, said the firm is looking for resellers from distinct areas of the UK to keep competition within its partner community to a minimum.
“The emphasis is on quality rather than quantity because, as we have become more established over the years, the number of partners we have has snowballed,” he said.

To rectify this, the firm’s existing partners will not automatically be included in the new programme, explained Rich, but will be invited to rejoin.
“Quite a few have come back, but then we have added value to the programme with new features such as deal registration.
“Our product offering has also grown in terms of add-ons, so there are more opportunities now for partners to increase margins through repeat business.”
Rich, who joined Neverfail from LeftHand Networks earlier this year, said partners will have access to online technical support through the Neverfail Technical Network (NTN) for the first time.
