Storage and networking distributor Zycko has extended its relationship with iSCSI SAN vendor Sanrad to cover the entire EMEA region.
The two firms have been working together in Germany for some time, but will now cover the entire EMEA region. Zycko will be Sanrad’s second UK distributor alongside Hammer.
Nigel Lambert, channel director at Zycko, said: “Sanrad has a good business in the UK and we aim to help it expand that market and build a sustainable channel model. This is just an expansion of our partnership which began in Germany.”
Paul Jassies, UK and Benelux regional manager at Sanrad, said: “Zycko is strong in the networking space, and our product is very networking focused. Zycko understands how our type of offering fits into the market and I’m sure it will be a valuable partner to us.
“Hammer and Zycko are two different storage players. There is room in the market for both distributors.”
