The firm will act as an extension of the vendor’s in-house channel team, offering face-to-face training and support services for resellers that are either too small for the vendor’s tiered levels and are potentially looking to move up the partner food chain, or that are considering becoming a McAfee partner.

Martin Barratt, business development director at Retail Profiling, said: “Our service is a type of virtual channel account management, but we act as a safety net for smaller partners that might fall under the radar.”

Rob Eatwell, regional channel director for the UK and Ireland at McAfee, said: “We value the focus and dedication that Retail Profiling adds to our partner enablement programme.”
