Specialist distributor VADition is treating its reseller partners' top-performing sales people to an all-expenses paid trip to an Italian ski resort at the end of March.
The three-day jaunt will be offered to the 17 sales people that have clocked up the most loyalty points under the firm’s Velocity incentive programme this quarter.
Under the programme, members are rewarded with points every time they achieve certain sales targets or participate in sales-related activities, such as customer meetings and technical webinars.

The programme is delivered by VADition in conjunction with vendors Infoblox, Isilon, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and Riverbed Technology.
Barrie Desmond, business development director at VADition, said that more than 100 sales people had signed up to the programme since its launch in November.
He said: “The success of the programme is due to it recognising and rewarding both individuals and the partner company, the latter of which can trade in its points for credits on training and other value-adding services.”
