Microsoft v Comet

Microsoft don't care whether the end-user can understand how to make or use recovery discs. Nor do they care that we have bought and paid for a copy of Windows and should be able to use it for as long as we want rather than until a hard disk, which is a consumable device, stops working. They will simply abuse their position once more and walk all over poor old Comet.

Installation discs

I think it would be better to have microsoft supply the Windows disc instead of the recovery discs supplied by the manufacturer as most buyers cannot be bothered to download and install these discs. This way the buyer would have a choice when re-installing Windows. I personally am of the oponion that Comet did their customers a favour. Does Microsoft not make enough profits already.
