Hard Going

Long gone are the days of Apple Authorised Resellers and "Applecentres" These were the purveyors of Apple products and solutions. There was no retail presence. These guys kept Apple going. Valued Added services in and out of warranty. Now things have changed. Apple seems to forget who looks after things all these years and beyond when the warranty has expired. Advice on upgrades from people who have worked with the platform for years. So what do Apple do? Yep stock preference. They aren't going to run themselves short are they?! I have worked in the Apple environment for over 20 years and things have changed somewhat. Add the fact that Apple put their APR's through gruelling projects. Get a tape measure out and position exactly where the ipads should go on the stands otherwise you can't sell them.Yep they get moved by the public, but that's beside the point. A bit Petty to say the least. Come on Apple, give the APR's some slack.
