Do you care about green IT? Yes.

If you could be in a rock/pop band, which one would it be and who would you be? Suggs from Madness – he retains his sense of humour.

Has 2009 been as bad as everyone said it would be? Not at all, it's been far better than expected. It's a strange recession.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes – remarkably Saracens on top of the league in rugby union. Workwise, yes, Euler have reduced limits.

What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2010? Creating sustainable value differentiation that does not get discounted in the drive for volume.
