Career so far: I started at ANS Group in 1998 as a salesman, rose to sales director within two years, and have been managing director for the last five years.

If you could be anyone else for a week, who would you be and what would you do? I would like to head up the NHS IT strategy and give orders the the smaller companies who can make a real difference.

Cloud - friend or foe? Friend. It's a game changer.

Has 2011 been as bad as everyone said it would be? Not at all. It's been my best year yet personally and professionally... then again I say that every year.

What would you have as your last meal? A nice rib-eye steak, medium.

Who would you like to be stuck in a lift with? Anyone so long as it's not Scott Fletcher.

Have any of your predictions come true this year? Only that we're growing.

What do you see as the channel's biggest challenge in 2012? Embracing the cloud.
What is the best part of your day? When the sales team ring the bell with an order!
