What will next year’s most overhyped industry buzzword be? Cloud – again!
Has 2012 been a good, bad or ugly year? It has been a very good year with 30 per cent growth in very tough market conditions.
What would you have as your last meal? As I have hit the big 40, grilled sea bass with a nice glass of red.
What keeps you awake at night? My kids.
What piece of technology could you not be without? My iPhone.
Have any of your predictions come true this year? Yes, I said England wouldn’t win Euro 2012.
What is the best partner/customer trip you have ever been on? Las Vegas with our American software partner; unlike with Prince Harry, details of our trip will remain in Vegas.
What do you see as the channel’s biggest challenge in 2013? Learning to re-invent itself and maximising opportunities and not listening to all the negative hype.
