Working in a bakery as a student.

Finger clicking.

I don't have a favourite, but if they had tiramisu in a wrapper it would be the one I'd go for.
What has been the highlight of your career to date?
Moving into the reseller channel.
Has 2014 been a good, bad or ugly year?
It has been a good year: we have grown, and we also have plans for further growth next year.
How would you explain the IT channel to a stranger without boring them to death?
An exciting industry where you get to see new technologies and solutions on a daily basis. There is always something new on the horizon that has a wow factor.
Aside from the channel, my dream career would be... in the charitable industry, bring both technology as well as efficiencies into the sector.
What major issues will the channel face in 2015?
Once again it is talent and deliverables.
