According to an article on Sky News this morning, we are about to be invaded by thousands of disease ridden Chipmunks from France.
These rodents apparently carry Lyme disease and rabies and are a real threat to our very fabric as a nation.
Concern is mounting that people will bring the animals back with them after falling for their cute appearance.
However the thing that got me about this story was the picture caption. It said: "Do not put a chipmunk in your bag".
Sheer genius.
