I had to blog this, although I don't know how long the link will work for as it is a BBC iPlayer link.
Since his days at dabs, Dave has carved out a new career for himself in property development and he proudly tells the presenter of BBC Homes Under the Hammer that he already has 50 properties on his books in less than a year of investing.
Pretty impressive stuff.
Dave appears in minutes 38-42 and then again at the 57 minute mark.
I particularly love his line: "I'm the entrepreneur"....!

I saw that program and I was wondering how he managed to buy so many properties in 10 months - now I find out he already had a lot of capital to start with...
I have started buying 1 property per year - limited by the fact that it takes me almost a year to earn a 25% deposit in the SE... I was wondering how others are able to build up a portfolio so much faster...
