Evesham partners with NetApp

PC builder signs up to partner programme

Written by Sara Driscoll

Evesham Technology has become the latest member of Network Appliance’s (NetApp) partner programme.

The PC builder has become an authorised member of the programme, and will now sell the entire NetApp range. Frank Faulds, business marketing manager at Evesham, told CRN the relationship had been discussed for a while. “We started selling NetApp’s StorVault product in January into the education sector. We had a lot of success and the relationship has gone on from there.

“We were keen to move up the value chain into the whole product range and have done internal training on the products and support offerings and put in specialist sales people.”

Faulds said Evesham will look to target its largest vertical with the portfolio. “We will target government and public sector areas. We are ambitious and so is NetApp, and have put a fair amount of resources into this.”

Pete Rawden, channel sales manager at NetApp, said: “NetApp’s Partner Programme is vital to our growth and adding highly qualified resellers is key to our strategy.”
