Integralis has rebranded its managed services as it looks to grab a larger slice of the market.
The specialist security integrator has divided its managed services offerings into three different levels, Standard, Premium and Enhanced, and is keen to drive adoption of its ISIS proprietary managed services.
Graham Jones, chief operating officer at Integralis, told CRN: “One thing that is becoming obvious is that we are offering very superior services to our competition and we decided to rebrand some of our offerings to reflect a simple managed service standard. However, we believe our base Standard is leagues ahead of our rivals’ offerings.”
The different levels will range from simple monitoring of a network to a combination of services such as checking logs, configuring systems and problem fixing.
“We still offer a wide range of vendors’ technology in the service, but we are also building up our own ISIS offering now,” he said.
Jones added that the firm is still looking for strategic partners to white label its ISIS service.
“Most of our rivals are only offering a managed anti-virus service,
but we offer managed email, web, intrusion prevention, identity and unified
threat management services,” he said.
The integrator has also extended its Security Operations Centre (SOC) opening a new office in Los Angeles (LA). The firm already has a SOC in Boston and the LA office will give it coverage on both the East and West coasts, Jones said.
“The UK is stable and Germany is picking up, but a big focus for us next year
is going to be the US. We are building good momentum out there now,” Jones said.
Jones added the firm plans to open another SOC in the Asia Pacific region in the
next two quarters.
Another focus for Integralis will be on partnership, Jones claimed, both in
terms of directly with end users and with global integrators and
telecommunications firms.

services, not just with smaller organisations but larger ones as well.
“Our sweet spot is definitely the mid-market and Integralis is one of our largest competitors.”
