Voice productivity vendor BigHand has launched its BigHand3 Mobility Suite, which it has claimed offers more value to VARs by allowing them to develop services and increase efficiency for end users.
The software gives users a bundle of four instant mobility tools that enables networked dictation through a BlackBerry while out of the office.
“Mobility has been a big issue over the past year or so and this allows resellers to meet the needs of end users,” explained Jonathan Carter, appliance distributions director at BigHand. “It provides another convergence solution and will allow resellers to improve efficiency for their clients.”
Stuart Baikie, managing director at BigHand partner Total Telecommunications, added: “The software is great news for resellers and the channel. It adds extra strength to our proposition as it provides end users with a platform to manage their time more easily.
“Through selling the mobility suite we have improved our relationship with clients.”
