Storage vendor Quantum has launched a web-based rewards programme, Professionals-QED, as an incentive to its UK resellers.
Created as an adjunct to Quantum’s channel programme, Quantum Alliance, the web site allocates resellers points for opportunities registered and deals closed.
The points can be traded for prizes such as holidays, plasma TVs, 'experience' days and cases of wine – and, of course, compared to other reseller's performances. A wish list is also included for resellers to request future prizes not currently listed.
“We are keen to grow our partner base and encourage our existing partners with real incentives," said Nigel Houghton, channel manager at Quantum. "The launch of Professionals-QED is just the latest improvement we are making to ensure we achieve this goal.
“By creating more opportunities for Quantum to support its partners and making it easier for partners to update Quantum on progress and receive rewards, we intend to create an environment that benefits both individuals and businesses engaged in selling Quantum solutions,” added Houghton.
