Written by Sara Yirrell

Consultancy firm Phoenix Business Solutions has bolstered its unified email management service by partnering with SaaS specialist Mimecast.

The firm claimed that Mimecast’s services for Microsoft Exchange, Outlook and Windows Mobile will give customers of all sizes access to an enterprise level unified email management service including email security, continuity and archiving.

Lee Tomlinson, sales director at Phoenix Business Solutions said: "We were keen to find a partner that would help us improve the email service that our customers demand in order to keep their people working efficiently at all times. They demand email that is free from spam, viruses, malware, phishing attacks and all unknown threats.

“Furthermore, they want a service that allows for email to be archived up to 10 years with a bottomless inbox for their users and a continuity service that keeps them productive, regardless of any planned or unplanned mail server downtime."

Peter Bauer chief executive of Mimecast added, "We could not be more pleased with the decision by Phoenix to want to work with us in delivering quality email solutions to the professional services industry. We have a channel focused strategy which makes us appealing to partner with. That we are able to combine our efforts with impressive partners such as Phoenix in order to deliver the right email
technology solutions to the right customers is very positive for any
organisation with email management issues to solve.”
