Headset vendor elevates accreditation level of five UK resellers

Written by Sam Trendall

Headset vendor GN has announced five of its UK resellers have been awarded an improved status in its partner programme.

Headset Sales Limited, The Headset Company and Go2 Telecom have all been bumped up from Silver to Gold partner status, while Duplex Corporate Communications and Call Centre Technology have both ascended from Bronze to Silver level.

Dave Hodgson, technical sales manager of Headset Sales Limited, said: “The support we get from GN has been invaluable. The incentive programme and Gold partner status helps to focus our sales team and GN’s commitment in the form of marketing support and collateral has helped us to expand and grow our customer base.”

Mark Wadsworth, technical sales manager of the Headset Company, said: “Our new status will give us extra credibility amongst our existing and future customers and working together we will be take advantage of the increased demand for VoIP which will drive the need amongst businesses for compatible headsets.”

GN's managing director Dale Peters said: “We are delighted with the achievements these key channel partners have made with GN over the last year. Our channel programme’s tiered approach ensures that each partner, regardless of size, is receiving the right support and recognition. By increasing our partner’s status we can ensure that they have access to the training, education, incentives and marketing development funds that will enable them to maximise sales and deliver the best possible customer service."
