IQ-Sys boss is Intercepted

Intercept recruit new operation head from IQ-Sys

Written by Doug Woodburn

Virtualisation reseller Intercept has recruited Will Brooks to head up its combined operation following its recent acquisition of ADS-Portal.

Brooks was previously sales director at Citrix distributor IQ-Sys, which he helped to grow to a £26m business during his nine-year stint.

In his role as general manager, he will report directly to chief executive Ian Readman and Intercept’s board. “Intercept has seen some extraordinary growth as companies look to virtualisation to save costs and improve user performance,” said Brooks.

“I am looking forward to strengthening Intercept’s leadership in infrastructure virtualisation, software-as-a-service, and unified communications technologies.”
