MassIP and Networks First team up

Support services firm inks partnership deal with security-focused Ampito subsidiary

Written by Sam Trendall

Support services firm Networks First has put pen to paper on a new partnership with managed security service provider MassIP.

MassIP, based in Oswestry in Shropshire, is a subsidiary of hybrid reseller and distributor Ampito Group. The company's flagship product is M-Safe which aims to give firms with several offices but little in-house IT knowledge an affordable and effective security offering.

MassIP managing director Darren Brownfield said: “Our partnership with Networks First means that we will now be working in conjunction with one of the UK’s leading specialist providers of converged network support services. We were looking for a partner who offers both quality to our customers and investment in a long term relationship.

"Networks First delivers additional value to us through industry leading back office systems, marketing support and knowledgeable, responsive account managers. We are extremely pleased to be able to provide our clients with multi vendor, network support services which go way beyond the traditional ‘break fix’ approach still being offered by so many.”

Peter Titmus, managing director of Networks First, added: “We are delighted to welcome MassIP as a new Networks First partner. As a partner-focused organisation, Networks First’s proposition is based on enabling mutual business development through commitment to, and investment in its partners.

"We have built our business around the values of integrity, innovation, excellence and flexibility and pride ourselves on working with our partners to offer the best network support services in the business.”
