FutureIT looks to channel for UK success

Software for Microsoft SQL servers vendor looking for VARs to penetrate UK market

Written by Kayleigh Bateman

Software for Microsoft SQL servers vendor FutureIT is on the hunt for resellers to drive its range of software tools into the UK market.

The vendor’s tools centralise and automate the management of multiple Microsoft SQL servers.

Fiona Rosenberg-Niddam, international sales manager at FutureIT, said: “With the number of MS SQL databases growing at a rate of some 25 per cent per year, more organisations are faced with the challenge of increasing the efficiency and performance of multiple servers while also reducing costs.

“This growing market provides a great value-add opportunity for resellers – particularly those already supplying and supporting MS SQL systems.”

Rosenberg-Niddam said in addition to good margin opportunities, FutureIT is providing full marketing, lead generation and technical support.

The latest version of EZManage SQL Pro provides management, administration, backup, scripting, monitoring and alerts, to ensure that all servers are fully optimised.

The vendor also claims the EZManage SQL Pro cuts routine server maintenance costs by up to 40 per cent and reduces storage space requirements by up to 90 per cent by compressing back-up files.

“EZManage SQL Pro offers a proven return on investment (ROI) and is already used by hundreds of organisations on thousands of SQL Servers from small companies to large enterprises, including banks, pharmaceutical, shipping companies and IT integrators,” added Rosenberg-Niddam.
