Web-filtering vendor kicks off EMEA channel recruitment drive

Web-filtering vendor Bloxx has unveiled a partner programme in an effort to recruit additional EMEA channel distributors and resellers.

Bloxx plans to entice partners with promises of strong margins, proactive channel sales and marketing support.

Greg Hewett, EMEA channel manager at Bloxx, said: “The challenge for many channel partners is that they are just one of many partners selling a particular web-filtering product in their region, so they get very little proactive support from the vendor

“We will be actively supporting the channel, giving partners as much sales, marketing and technical support as they need to help them grow their sales quickly.”

Channel partners will offer Bloxx’s patented Tru-View Technology, which analyses, categorises and blocks web pages in real time to increase end user and network protection.

Eyal Achiel, managing director at iSecure, a partner of Bloxx in Israel, said: “Within a few weeks of starting to work with the Bloxx channel sales and marketing team, we quickly uncovered a large number of sales opportunities.

“Bloxx’s no-nonsense approach to business, its proactive technical, sales and marketing support, and outstanding products, have allowed us to develop our local market quickly.”
