DSGi on the hunt for boss

Written by Sam Trendall

Industry sources have claimed managing director Martin Dorchester’s departure from DSGi Business was prompted by a “major disagreement on the future of Equanet”.

The resale giant is on to its third boss inside a year. Dorchester served DSGi Business as interim managing director for less than 12 months, following predecessor Jerry Roest’s departure last year.

Sources told CRN that the parting of ways had hinged on plans to integrate Equanet’s back-office functions into DSGi, which Dorchester is thought to have disapproved of.
