With the first ever Reseller Business Academy course due to take place in April, CRN's trainer Steve Gilroy explains the importance of skilling up in a downturn

Earlier this month CRN launched its Reseller Business Academy, which offers a range of courses specifically designed for resellers around important issues such as finance, marketing and sales.

CRN's trainer Steve Gilroy talks about the importance of keeping employee skills up to date in difficult times and the benefits resellers will get out of attending one of the sessions.
