What are the opportunities for the channel with the growth of AI?

Encryption, privacy, & data protection: a balancing act

This white paper examines the risk posed by encrypted threats; considers the business, privacy, and security implications of managing that risk; and presents constructive measures for balancing security needs with employee privacy rights. In the end, the best way for IT leadership to ensure the rights of the individual employee is to protect the organization from threats and attacks.

How do MSPs really feel the channel will shape up by 2020?

      On borrowed time?

Cybercrime has become a huge part of our economy and it is a topic that is getting more and more attention in the news media. The cybercriminal stories making headlines involve big companies such as British Airways and Marriott etc. However, smaller companies are just as susceptible to cyber- attacks. Often these attacks are much more damaging to smaller businesses, sometimes forcing them to shut down completely. One report from Verizon claims that 43% of email attacks target SMBs.

  2. Companies entered must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline.
  3. Entry to the awards is free, but submitting an entry means you are agreeing in principle to send a company representative to the event in July should you be shortlisted, so there is someone to pick up the award should you win.

  5. You may enter one or more of the categories but MUST stick to the word count.
  6. All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges.
  7. Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists may be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain sensitive parts of their entry 'not for publication' such as exact budget figures/financial results etc.
  8. The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate.
  9. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not meeting the expected standard of entry.
  10. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into before or after the judging.
  11. Incisive Media is not liable for any costs incurred by applicants in the evaluation and judging process.
  12. Entries not made through the online submission system will not be accepted.
  13. Shortlisted companies will be notified in advance of the presentation of the awards.
  14. The winners and judges commended of each category will be announced at the presentation of the Awards; under no circumstances will the details be disclosed before that time.
  15. Entries received after the final closing date WILL NOT be accepted. The onus is on YOU to ensure your entry is received BY THE CLOSING DATE.
