Routes you, sir

Regular readers of Channel Talk will remember the Cirencester bunch, RBR Networks. They were the ones who, via email, kindly offered one of our reporters the chance to stay the night in a hotel because they thought it 'would be an easy way to get into your knickers'. But this week, RBR has managed to get into the news with a slightly more tasteful story.

Apparently, the company was the victim of a robbery, when a thief mistook a Cisco 2400 router for a video. However, the thief did not get very far with his swag as he was caught by police later on that day. Unfortunately, he was trying to wire the product into the back of his televison set. Cisco may well think that it is capable of doing anything, but being a video is taking it too far.
