The customer's always right
I was intrigued to see that retail giant DSGi scored a PR own goal through the wonders of social networking this week.
Recent discussion threads on the Facebook group DSGi Employees have included "Some customers are really really stupid" and "I work in the Chester branch and the customers are idiots".
Unsurprisingly, DSGi has expressed its disappointment at the comments and has vowed to investigate.
Luckily my staff conduct themselves with more decorum. Though one online forum saw several of our female contingent calling me "well butters". Thanks, ladies. I think.
