Funny Complaint

Talking of complaining (see previous post) - a colleague of mine has just pointed me in the direction of a very funny passenger complaint letter addressed to Richard Branson.

It is being billed as the "funniest passenger complaint letter ever". Quite a claim, but well founded.

It is well worth reading - absolutly hilarious.

Also the passenger had a personal phone call from Mr Branson himself as well. Can't be bad!
