Time Crisis
I just wanted to apologise for the lack of posts recently - October is a horrendously busy month for CRN and my time has been sucked away on other projects. I would also like to politely ask the spammer who keeps posting comments to this blog to go away. Sometimes their adverts for enlargement solutions and other pleasure pills get through the firewall - so I do apologise for that.
Back to the business side of things - I was sent an email from a vendor bragging how they have taken business direct "without actually doing so" - which was extremely perplexing to say the least!
However all became clear (as mud) in the press release - when said vendor revealed it was encouraging customers to buy from its web site, and then passing the business onto its channel partners.
Where I come from it is called direct touch and certainly doesn't need a confusing announcement like that to grab the headlines.
