Missing: One Channel Award

Do you know who pinched CCS Media's award on the night?

They looked like this when they picked up their award for SME Reseller of the Year.

But CCS Media's celebrations were short-lived on November 18 when someone pinched their award just hours after they picked it up.

I have only just been told this occurred.

Managing director Terry Betts said to me: "We had given it to one of our team to look after who was leaving early, but they put it on the bar to buy a round and when they turned around to pick it back up it had vanished."

Now, I know there were some annoyed people on the night who didn't win anything - but to steal someone else's is taking a bit far don't you think?

It might have been a joke gone too far, or (i hope not) a deliberate act of sabotage.

But if you know where this award is - and it has CCS Media's name printed on it so you can't pretend its yours - please get in touch.

We won't give you (much) of a hard time and you would make one company very happy all over again.
