As you will have seen on ChannelWeb yesterday I had a good chat with Alan Watkins, who is planning a mid-market roll up in the reseller space.
He is hugely experienced and his company Blackhawk Investments is poised to buy up to four mid-market resellers. Alan certainly knows what he is talking about and the amount of consolidation predicted for next year means the market will be ripe for picking.
However I would be interested to know what you think about this.
Is there a need for a mid-market giant to take on the likes of Kelway, 2e2, Softcat and Insight?
Can this type of integration work in terms of culture and methods of doing business?
Please email me your thoughts - [email protected] - I'd be interested to hear them.
