Where do you think the channel will be in five years time? We will have fewer more integrated partners. The channel partners will have to choose vendors they want to be closer integrated with. We will see a more 'loyal' channel where partners will be more closely tied to vendors through key processors The channel will bring value to vendors on revenue and margin and will be rewarded for margin contribution and customer value-add. The partners will have to focus more on the total customer experience and CRM tools to drive customer satisfaction.
