Security reseller Foursys is diversifying from its desktop, email and web security roots with a concerted push into the data leakage prevention (DLP) and encryption markets.
To reflect the change in emphasis, the Cambridgeshire-based reseller has overhauled its web site and doubled its technical headcount.
It is also kicking off a series of roadshows to showcase its DLP and encryption solutions, which are based on Websense and Sophos’ Utimaco range respectively.
Foursys managing director Paul Prior said: “It is going to be a tough year for everyone and we have to be smarter than our rivals. We have to offer more value the lowest price is no longer enough to succeed.”
Prior pinpointed compliance as a third area Foursys will focus on.
