The audiovisual distributor has been authorised to process and fulfil sales of Promethean peripherals via the UK channel using the vendor’s In Touch online ordering system.
Jon Sidwick, managing director of Maverick, said the plan was to extend the reach of Promethean’s ActivClassroom solutions.
“Dynamic infrastructure and online ordering facilities will be a more accessible and cost-effective way to transact smaller orders, enabling resellers to more efficiently serve end users,” said Sidwick.
Ian Curtis, UK head at Promethean, said the vendor was “extremely impressed” with Maverick’s reseller support.
“Exceeding its sales target for the first quarter of 2009, Maverick has stimulated a wealth of orders from our Registered partners,” said Curtis.
