Under the terms of the deal,
range of routers - designed to work across GPRS, Edge, 3G or HSDPA networks - to
its reseller base.
The first product, Mobile Router, is due for release next month, with further releases scheduled for early next year.
David Evans, data communications product manager at Amplicon, said: “The advent of high-speed cellular technologies, especially 3G and HSDPA, has made high-bandwidth applications, such as live video across mobile phone networks, a reality.”
