Employees at VAR Daisy came up with a novel approach to National Customer Service Week by dressing as superheroes for the day.
The Lancashire-based firm was staffed by well-known cartoon favourites such as Spiderman, the Hulk, Cat Woman and Batman, as the team transformed into 'customer service superheroes'.
Stefni Oliver, operations director at Daisy, said: "Customer service is key to the success of Daisy and is often the reason why customers choose us as their preferred communications supplier.
"Good customer service is about more than just a cheery voice and an offer of help. It is about taking that extra step to make sure customers feel valued and looked after. This is not simply a role carried out by our customer services team, it is something we must all adhere to in our daily communications with customers, partners and suppliers," she said.
To add to the authenticity of the day, the Daisy office was decorated with Gotham City skylines and life-size freizes of superheros. The two best individuals were awarded cash prizes.
Oliver added: “We thought it fitting to culminate the week’s celebrations by saying a big ‘thank you’ to all the staff who work tirelessly to ensure customer satisfaction at all times.”
