Xavier Computer Group is funding the purchase of its two operating units, with a flotation on Ofex, a London trading system for small and medium cap companies. The two operating companies are Xavier plc, a supplier of Unix workstations to the distribution industry, and Bleasdale, the Leicester-based survivor of the Enterprise Computer Holding debacle. The float will value the group at #5 million.
