Lynx Holdings continued its acquisitive ways last week with the purchase of Tesoft, Spain's biggest automotive software provider.
Lynx will pay #6.4 million for the 150-strong company - #4.8 million in cash, with the balance in Lynx shares and a #1 million payment in performance related pay up to 1998.
Last year Tesoft's turnover was #5.86 million and profits were #618,000.
