Northern VAR Holbrook IT Group has bagged seven new contracts in just one month.
December saw the Derbyshire-based VAR sign deals to supply finance, manufacturing and information software systems to sectors ranging from medical and healthcare to charities.
The contract wins included a Christian charity in Manchester, a polyurethane manufacturer in Warwickshire and a Newcastle company that distributes compressors to a Sheffield membership organisation.
Dean Camm, sales and marketing director for Holbrook, said: “The contracts are for between seven and eight years and hopefully after that Holbrook will win them back again through its on going support and attention.
“Holbrook will supply the clients with Access SupplyChain for their total enterprise planning and also Core Access Dimensions for smaller sites of between 7-20 users.”
Camm explained that Holbrook is on a recruitment drive to invest in its sales and support teams for growth from the inside.
He said: “Through a stronger sales and support team, Holbrook can continue to give the same time and commitment to its customers and work on continuing to grow the company. The contracts mark the end of a fantastic year and provide an excellent foundation for Holbrook’s continued strategic development during 2008.”
