has signed a £30m 10-year IT partnership with the London Borough of Ealing.
Called Service Ealing, the partnership will see both parties jointly developing business cases for a range of initiatives aimed at the borough’s customers, residents and businesses.
Kevin Lavery, chief executive of Serco’s solutions division, said: “Our public-service ethos combined with commercial know-how means that Ealing will be able to deliver on its business vision with complete confidence.”
