Managed services provider Uniter Group has rolled out a full on-site support service for general IT, printers, and EPOS machines to UK and European customers.
Jo Klingen, managing director at Uniter, said the service was a response to requests from UK customers with European locations, who would now be able to get supported across all their sites by a single maintenance contract.
“The service is being delivered in conjunction with key strategic partners that share our commitment to delivering high levels of specialised technical support,” Klingen said.
Klingen added that Uniter had also won several contracts with partners in France and the Low Countries that would work with Uniter on its European service delivery.
A contact centre offering around the clock technical support in various languages would promise solution of at least 80 per cent of all problems in the initial call.
Engineers would also be based across Europe to provide support for customers, including government customers.
